On June 15, 2001 the SLD began sending the following letter to applicants. The letters are being sent to the “prefered mode of contact” listed on applicants Program Year 4 (“PY4”) Form 471s. If an applicant listed “Telephone” as the prefered mode of contact, it will be mailed to them. Please note that most applicants will have to comply with the new Federal CIPA rules and that most only have until July 1, 2001 to be in compliance for PY4.
